5. Shipping and Delivery • We ship to Egypt regions only.
Shipping times and costs vary based on location and are provided at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers or unforeseen circumstances are not our responsibility, though we will assist in resolving issues.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds
• We accept returns of unused, undamaged fishing tackle within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy Except some products we clearly say no return or exchange .

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 Days, after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, including shipping costs.

9. Warranty • Our fishing tackle products come with a one year on reels only and no warranty on Rods or Lures
, 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on reels only and no warranty on Rods or Lures.
This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution • These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
